1Who we are
Kaaryon is a product of Metfinity Technologies LLP, a company based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. It is led by its Chief Executive Officer, Said Al Hashimi.
Under Said’s leadership, Metfinity launched Kaaryon with a plain aim: to give job seekers in India an honest way to prepare for the specific job they want. Kaaryon shows how a resume matches a role, improves it using only what is true, and lets people practise the interview out loud before it counts.
His view of AI shapes how the product behaves. He sees it as most useful when it works like a patient coach rather than a shortcut — reading a resume as carefully as a hiring manager would, pointing out what is missing, and asking the candidate for real evidence instead of supplying it. That is why Kaaryon’s AI is held to firm limits: it does not invent experience, employers, dates or figures; it tells apart a skill a resume fails to show from one a candidate genuinely lacks; and it presents its findings as coaching assessments, never as a prediction of being hired.
The same thinking runs through the spoken mock interview. The AI asks the questions and scores the answers it can actually hear, and says so plainly when it cannot. Your resume is used to analyse it for you, and is never used to train AI models. Kaaryon charges once per job, with no subscription and no promise of an interview or a job — because no honest tool can make one.
2What the service does
You paste the description of a job you want and upload your resume. Kaaryon reads one against the other and reports where your resume genuinely evidences what the role asks for, where it does not, and what is missing outright.
From there it helps you rewrite the resume for that role, generates the questions that role is likely to ask, and runs a spoken mock interview that is transcribed and scored.

Prices are exclusive of GST, which is shown separately at checkout and on your receipt. There is no subscription and no recurring charge — each purchase is one-time.
4Refunds
We refund in full if you were charged and your purchase did not unlock, if you were charged twice, or if the service failed to produce what you paid for. Those are our faults. Changing your mind after buying is not, so it is not refundable.

5What we never do
We never invent work experience, employers, job titles, dates, qualifications or metrics you did not supply. Where stronger evidence would help, we ask you for it rather than writing it ourselves.
We do not promise interviews, shortlisting or employment, and we publish no guaranteed-outcome or guaranteed-ATS claim. Assessments are shown as coaching bands, never as a hiring probability.
6Payments and data
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card details are entered inside Razorpay's own checkout and never reach our systems.
Resumes, job descriptions and interview transcripts are kept until you delete them or delete your account. Interview audio is transcribed and discarded immediately — it is never stored. We use no third-party analytics or advertising service. See the Privacy Policy.
