Terms of Service

1Agreement

By using Kaaryon you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Kaaryon is operated by Metfinity Technologies LLP, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (“we”, “us”).

2What Kaaryon is

You give us your resume and a job description, and we analyse how well your resume evidences that role, suggest improvements for it, generate likely interview questions, and conduct practice interviews with feedback.

What Kaaryon is not

• Not a job board. We do not list jobs or accept applications.
• Not a recruiter. We have no relationship with any employer, and we never send your resume to anyone.
• Not a guarantee. We do not promise interviews, shortlisting or employment.
• Not an ATS. We do not reproduce any employer’s screening system.
• Not for use during a real interview. See section 6.

3Your account

You need an account to save your work or buy anything, and you must be 18 or over.

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of what you tell us. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

4What you own, what we own

Your content is yours. Your resume, the job descriptions you paste, your interview answers and anything you write remain yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you — nothing else. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

Our content is ours. The software, design, text and structure of Kaaryon belong to us.

What we generate for you is yours to use. Analyses, tailored resumes, preparation packs and reports are yours to use freely in your job search. You may not resell them or offer them as a competing service.

5Accuracy — please read this

• We do not invent experience, skills, employers, dates, qualifications or achievements. Where a stronger claim would need a real figure, we ask you for it rather than making one up.
• Our analysis may still be wrong. We may misread your resume, misjudge a requirement, or misunderstand a job description.
• Speech recognition may mishear you, particularly with technical terms.

Before you send anything to an employer, check it. Dates, job titles, employers, qualifications, and every number. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit in your name.

If something we produced is wrong, tell us — there is a “report incorrect result” link on everything we generate, and a person reads those.

6Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Kaaryon during an actual interview with an employer, or to receive answers in real time — Kaaryon is for preparation beforehand;
• ask us to create false experience, qualifications, certificates or achievements — we will decline;
• impersonate anyone, or upload someone else’s resume as your own without their permission;
• upload malware, or attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• scrape, copy or resell the service or its output;
• use the service to build a competing product.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach this section.

7Payment

• All prices exclude tax. GST is added at the applicable rate and shown separately before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see your card details.
• A Job Target Pack applies to one specific job, chosen when you buy it.
• Purchases do not renew automatically. There is no subscription.

8Availability

We aim to keep Kaaryon available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue something you have paid for and not used, we will refund it fairly.

9Our responsibility, and its limits

We provide Kaaryon with reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for the outcome of your job search. Hiring decisions are made by employers on grounds we neither see nor control.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10Ending this

You can stop using Kaaryon at any time and delete your account from settings.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, or if we are required to by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we close your account without cause, we will refund anything you have paid for and not used.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Kaaryon after that means you accept the change.

12Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
